Oh damn, I know that Spain’s CP pails in comparison to the one in Portugal.

    Take heart, comrade!

The Communist Parties are rising in places like India, Kenya, Swaziland, Sudan, Germany (though without any formal party), and even Norway.

They will be a force again and, in a way, are.

In Spain? Unless you’re in Barcelona or have national support that seems like a top 10 fastest way to get assassinated by the local Neo-Nazi club.

Ay, we have our provincial elections here in Alberta and only three parties were available to vote: the cons, centrists, and socdems. I feel your pain, though I don’t think our communist party ever participates in elections.

To be honest it’s not like me voting communist would change anything, I just thought that that could be kind of a way to know how many are we, kinda like a communist “census”.

However as I just saw, that might not be very reliable after all 😅

Pretty much the only parties who present themselves to any elections are PCPE and PCTE, and even then they are usually absent in many towns and small cities due to their small size, as it was this case. The rest either practice absenteeism or are part of a coalition with bigger parties that stomp over them (it is actually only one, but it is the one).

Welcome to what voting is. You could have been organizing or reading Marx, something productive that aids the cause. Now you know.
