    My gateway drug to undersatnding US imperialism & the ML answer to it. I have a lot of problems with Chomsky these days but his activism & gravitas can not be doubted. This work is seminal & essential for burgeoning ML/Progressives/Socilaists imho.

      Agreed. I think all Marxists can at least critically support his analysis of the US media, academia and intelligensia. We don’t necessarily need to see eye to eye on every issue to appreciate the value of this work.
