Sure you can think libertarians are more moldable due to their hatred of “government”, but it isn’t government that’s the issue, it’s the class character of said government.

Even from an anarchist point of view, libertarians are not against hierarchy, they’re not against private property of any sort. They’ve completely fetishized the “invisible hand” and think more privatization in the hands of the bourgeoise will somehow mean “more freedom.”

They’re completely utopian. Wait, so that really does make them anarchists…

    to be fair to the original Libertarians, it’s better to refer to right-wing “libertarians” as “Free Market Libertarians” or “Anarcho-Capitalists”. The founder of the ideology himself boasted about “stealing” the term Libertarian from the left, and they don’t deserve to keep the term for themselves.
