Isn’t that dangerous? That tunnel is so narrow. Just one way? What happens if you have to reverse? Break down halfway through? Have a medical emergency? I don’t get how it’s supposed to even work.
It works on sheer luck so far and a relative lack of widescale application. It’s a few gimmick demos in Las Vegas, and so far there hasn’t been a demonstration of why they are a very, very bad idea in an emergency.

Well… you see, if there’s any blockage, the vehicle behind the blockage can be used to push it along. If the pushing vehicle malfunctions and also becomes a blockage, ANOTHER vehicle can drive up to the blockage and start pushing…
