This week I managed to get back at a 24kg bicep dumbbell curl after some setbacks since december. It would be nice if I could do it for 8 reps soon, but I’ll take my time.
I’m also eating like a mad men again after a week of covid, but I still have not regained my smell and taste. My passion of eating is now a boring task. I hope it gets better soon

I’m also thinking about going on a run once a week. My gf started training for a 10k next month and will be doing a half marathon and eventually a full marathon this year. Might join her sometimes.

New to the community these weekly threads seem interesting. Was going to post my routine but I’m short on time.
Hit a personal goal of 10 pull ups 2 sets in a row (@ 216 lbs bodyweight). I will start doing them weighted now.
I also hit a PR on my front squat 270x8. My goal is 3 plates for reps. Stay active comrades

Thanks! I used to hate squatting until I made the switch to front squat. Once I got the front rack position down it’s been great.
I’ve been smashing my PBs ever since I came back after my injury and cut my calories. Or possibly I’m eating healthier. Regardless it only foretells good omens.

Back to the old campus board grind today. Took like half a year off of climbing so there’s like 0 finger strength left. Hopefully it comes back quickly.
Thank you for making the thread this week. This week’s been chaotic and I haven’t lifted at all or really kept up with anything. My company is ending remote work and being that I am over 2 hours away and can’t move right now I’m scrambling to find another job. So I have had other distractions to say the least.
