    America does this ALL the time by freezing assets of countries after it has already provided products. But this is a false equivalency, because when the DPRK does it… It’s actually cool.

    Remember the widely disparate responses to stuxnet and the DPRK hack of Sony even though stuxnet ended up being a problem for the world, not just a movie studio putting out a shitty movie? If they can be biased, then so can we. Good for DPRK.

    If it were real, the reason that they did not pay might have something to do with the embargo stopping bank payments.
