I like that they’re good puzzles and one can always get better at doing them. They’re also pretty hardy, and can be taken apart and cleaned, good as new. There’s also a sort of puzzle in putting it back together. I also see a bit of consumerism in them. Organizations often make crappy ones that are given away as “free stuff” for promotion, like a stress ball or pen that no one ever uses. Also, with people who do like to do them there’s constantly some new fancy speedcube or size, or accessory that can be bought. With all the crap westerners possess these just get lost buried in a pile of other stuff as soon as something new comes along. So, what do you think?

I have never successfully solved one, and I feel very stupid because of it. I rate Rubik’s cubes a 0/10.

I like them, never had one but they’re cool. One of my friends got pissed and painted over it😂

Lol I remember I had one friend who was awful at Rubik cube(the one who painted it) and one who could always solve them. I was never good at it

They’re rad… I wish I was good at em. But also to me the best part about games is playing them with other ppl… if I want to do something on my own, I might as well learn a musical instrument or something.

If anyone’s wondering how to solve one I suggest this video: https://youtu.be/R-R0KrXvWbc The way I learned was watching and repeating half of it over and over til I memorized it, and then watched the other and did the same. At a certain point the algorithms become automatic. I’m not a speedcuber or anything, but I can get around a minute.
