From what I’ve seen this is just one private luxury motor company from Finland developing the car, its not a government project by the Taliban or something. So it isn’t really a choice between feeding people or supercars if that’s what it seems like.

Yeah, but considering how crazy the car culture is worldwide this will get some interest and i would say this is pretty good way to show they are not medieval shepherd country, even if everyone in west would say it’s a sham.
