Okay so I have been doing some thinking about the Americas and remember something about a Quebec independence movement? How can we utilize this?

Unfortunately the Québec independence movement is very reactionary and socially conservative. From what I leaned about it in school, it’s mostly about Québecois identity and not wanting to follow along with whatever the primarily Anglo federal government does. Then again a lot of what I learned in school was wrong so maybe there is some revolutionary potential. Given its geographic location and relatively large population, an independent Québec would spell the end for Canada as well. Maybe that is something to work towards, assuming there are regional revolutionary vanguards ready to seize the opportunity.

Hmmm… I think it could have potential in a new anti-imperialist front. I remember coming across the FLQ on MIA, which participated in terrorist acts but still had support of the people (?). Interesting to say the least.

I’ve been thinking of what Yanks and Canucks could do as revolutionaries and am finding that focusing on the weakest link in the Americas is the best bet. Latin America as a whole (Puerto Rico especially), but also New Afrika and maybe Quebec, and of course the oppressed Indigenous Nations (Hawaii included). Not only is it working towards liberation but it will divert the imperialist aggression on Russia and China onto a new immediate threat.

Didn’t Che Guevara speak of putting three Vietnams on the US? Well, as much as Ukraine is draining NATO more than Russia, the nails not in the coffin yet and and would prefer to the US’s attention away from nuclear powers. Also having a new solid anti-imperialist wave that doesn’t have atrocity propaganda against it is huge for demoralizing any war for the Average Yanuckee (this is what I’m calling Anglo Americans now).

LatAm will be the primary base of these operations, with favorable material conditions for revolution plus there’s always Cuba to regroup to. This could also give priceless practical experience for Yanuckees wanting go back into the belly of the beast.

Not to say to abandon the struggle in Anglo America, its just that an ideological base will come first, there’s some pros and cons to the conditions at the moment. The PSL and its aesthetic is really compelling to western leftists and doesn’t give off “tankie” dogwhistles. This also reminds me how we need to fully understand and grasp the navigation of the surveillance state. We NEED a large section of communists who can operate throughout the internet and provide counterintelligence.

What Ukraine has taught us is just how powerful the information warfare is. Most of what could be considered vaguely left has just fully embraced Nazi-Apologia. What is best right now is to get Yanuckees to become aware of class and to question the media, before saying anything that could put them in shutdown.

This drifted a bit lol, but going back to Quebec and possibly destabilizing Canada would be a HUGE gain on closing in on the Empire. I also hope all the struggle in “America’s backyard” would aid in a slow decline rather than nuclear Annihilation. Lots of stuff in my head, but I think there’s merit to my analysis so far.
