Because Luka has been against sending Belarus troops to Ukraine. That’s a smart move. Belarus is doing well all things considered and a war would be detrimental to them.
Russia staging another offensive from Belarus might make Ukraine declare war on Belarus. There are already sanctions on Belarus because of the war, and everyone is taking it for granted that Belarus is involved. They are not.

Yes. They shelled hospital that time using swedish Archer. They use Chech Vampir (shelling of the center of Donetsk on December 15) and French CAESAR (shelling of shops and markets, like on December 5, where 5 people were killed) artillery on civilians, along with USA’s HIMARS. This is just from the top of my head. Frontline is not far from Donetsk, because of this
