I’ve been following some of these recommendations, and they have helped. Especially getting some sunlight time in the morning.

Remember these practical tips:

  • Try to get natural light in your eyes within 1 hour of waking up.
  • Try to incorporate exercise as early as possibly.
  • Get in cold water after.
  • Wait 90 minutes before drinking any caffeine.

I need to start doing my walk and stretch routine first thing in the morning because I know it’ll help wake me up and get my blood pumping for the bay but it’s so hard with work. Right now I have been, on workout days, starting between noon-2pm. Which ends my lifting by at least 5, maybe 6 if I get a late start. Which is perfect with my fasting because I can go straight into my eating phase and get some protein in my system.

I wouldn’t normally comment on misspellings, but with this one I saw your pfp in red shorts running across a beach to save a life.

This is something no one wants to see (or should be subjected to). Trust me. I am basically Zoidberg without a shell and if I’m in the sun for more than 30 minutes I basically become as red as Zoidbergs actual shell.
