    Also while blocking any legislation for improvements in public transport, and what does go through are half-assed “improvements” for buses (dedicated lanes, etc) with caveats that make it impossible to ever upgrade them to rail without going through the whole process over again.

    An increasing quantity of 75 kg asses, which need a machine of 2 tons to move 3km, does not get ready with more rails. Presently the personal individual transport is completely obsolete and only it gets ready with an investment not in new highways, but in a decent public transport.

    What’s with the concrete barrier between lanes in the same direction? I feel like that would make trying to exit the freeway infinitely more frustrating.

      I am guessing express lanes in the middle with limited access and regular lanes on the outside.
