its not really a trend I noticed, its more of a style of rap, its like drug rap that’s kind of technoey pop music but like based on rap originally. I think it’s because soundclound and stuff makes it hard to pick a new rapper, no more radio djs, or BET top ten music videos it’s random dudes online and you kind have to guess, or hear about it from a freind. So if you have a shitload of face tatttoos and crazy neon getups, and weird hair then you get way more clicks and become way more popular.
