He got called out for trying to turn his org into a sex cult. He propositioned several women working for him and used his position as a popular personality to try and keep them quiet. They all came forward at once and the bad press dissolved his org.
Yes, he would also slowly manipulate them reportedly to be increasingly dependent solely on him, emotionally abusing them and twisting words to convince them to quit their jobs, cut off their lives, and that he would take care of them…and after stuffing them in tiny space with barely any food and no alternatives, then suggesting sex for money. Fucked up.
