While Windows games are easy to find, does anyone know some good sources for native Linux games? Here’s the ones that I know of. Feel free to add to it.
- Rutracker: My favourite and go-to.
- 4chan /t/ → Search for ‘gnu’: Has some people sharing games in real time and there are some resources in the header post.
- https://the-eye.eu/public/Games/Linux/ : Outdated but useful.
- ixirc.net : Has worked for me once.
- https://lutris.net/games → filter by free/open-sourced

the pictures look nice on the list, though i’ve not actually tried any of them
Good call. https://lutris.net/games also lets you filter by free and open-source games.
Ah yes, this is my niche. https://torrminatorr.com/ has a bunch of GOG games for Linux. Russian torrent site Rutracker has a lot, here is a Linux filter for there. https://rutracker.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=1992 The Eye is slow but it has a decent collection https://the-eye.eu/public/Games/Linux/
Also, support devs who support Linux and buy the games eventually if you get a bunch of fun out of them.
This is a nice list of different open source game clones https://osgameclones.com/
Oooh yeah I play a lot of games on lutris.
Another good one is retroarch : good platform for emulated gaming. And there are torrents out there with literally every single game ever made for systems like SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, etc.
Idk fam, i’ve never used Linux. Have you had any luck since OP?
No. I just meant to dump some sources for posterity so nothing to worry about though.
