I do about 4km to 6km every day, I would like to know if this is ideal or do you have to run a greater distance daily to maintain your weight and health?

4 to 6km everyday is pretty good. You have my seal of approval (it’s not worth much).

You maintain your weight by consuming the same amount of calories you’re burning in a day. So you could both gain, maintain or lose weight running 4-6km daily depending on how you eat. If your weight is stable currently, it’s ideal for you right now.

I’d say it’s a great amount for general cardiovascular health. Everything beyond that really depends on your goals. Feel like your stamina is good enough for everything you do? Just keep at it. Feel like you good go faster or longer or you lack stamina in some activities? Just do more.

Imo the discipline to do this everyday is awesome, so props to you comrade 👍

Same as you, sometimes less, sometimes more. It also depends if I’m training for a race, in that case I’ll keep pushing more and more all the time.
