I know they tried to destroy Cuba etc, but they were also inconvenient enough to capital to be assassinated by intelligence.

  • From my very limited knowledge: nothing JFK could have done would have outweighted his disgusting attacks on Cuba, so he was a certified scumbag in my book. Don’t know much about RFK, but I doubt he was much better

In a hypothetical situation where all the US presidents were on fire and I had a full bladder, I wouldn’t piss on any of them. But if the alternative was to piss myself, I’d go on Jimmy Carter or JFK maybe, if they were close enough and if I was wearing my best pants.

Definitely a scumbag, but one who tried to take slight actions against the CIA, so a scumbag, but one with some braincells

They both got dealt with for taking on the CIA. My opinion is the mob did the JFK hit

Weaker second editions of Franklin Roosevelt (who was certainly not perfect himself), in an era where the state apparatus had become hostile to Roosevelt’s legacy. Overall, not particularly redeemable. I’m convinced that a good part of their personality cult comes from them having being assassinated; they’re seen by many well-meaning people as “martyrs,” whose death kept us from being “the America we should have been” – which is of course undialectical and un-materialist.
