          they’re incorrectly using the term “vegan” in place of plant based to refer to the composition of the product, to refer to the fact that it contains no animal products, therefore the point of a “vegan” kitkat is that the finished chocolate doesn’t contain animal products, which is an important consideration for some people, regardless of the circumstances of production

              sure, i agree with that

              almost the entirety of the vegan products trend is just capitalist profiteering off of popular trends, often with no consideration of the actual implications of what veganism means 🤷‍♀️

    Nah not going to support nestle. Doing healthly, plant-based only chocolatte not that hard btw. I like doing truffles

      Darn, I must have missed that when combing through the list of products. I do rather like Kit Kats, but it’s not a boycott if the boycotter isn’t giving something up.

    Not gonna buy from Nestlé. I’ll keep buying vegan Kex from Sweden when I get a craving for that kind of snack. I assume most other countries will also have alternatives to KitKat
