greenwashing, obviously
the point is to not abuse animals in the production process

they’re incorrectly using the term “vegan” in place of plant based to refer to the composition of the product, to refer to the fact that it contains no animal products, therefore the point of a “vegan” kitkat is that the finished chocolate doesn’t contain animal products, which is an important consideration for some people, regardless of the circumstances of production

sure, i agree with that
almost the entirety of the vegan products trend is just capitalist profiteering off of popular trends, often with no consideration of the actual implications of what veganism means 🤷♀️
Nah not going to support nestle. Doing healthly, plant-based only chocolatte not that hard btw. I like doing truffles
No. Not Nestlé. Boycotting since 5 years.
Darn, I must have missed that when combing through the list of products. I do rather like Kit Kats, but it’s not a boycott if the boycotter isn’t giving something up.
You first need to be ethical about way more things than just grocery items.
Not gonna buy from Nestlé. I’ll keep buying vegan Kex from Sweden when I get a craving for that kind of snack. I assume most other countries will also have alternatives to KitKat
