The only message you can give is to not go. Every message done on the tournament is bullshit. Apparently you can do it to Russia, so Qatar should not be a problem.

      This.

And the reason they won’t do this is because you can’t monetize not going.

They won’t sell fewer kits this way. Hell they might sell even more given how cooked liberal brains are.

They’re still 100% involved in every metric that matters.

Are they still going? Yes? Then there is no “message”.

They may as well paint that one Italian fash quote on the back of the shirt at this point. That quote Melania thought it was a good idea to wear.

1, I’m sure the ruling class of Qatar will feel so threatened and called out by eleven red shirts. 2, Denmark is actively trying to make the lives of its POC migrant community hell and maybe that’s a more local problem for Danes to fix.

Qatar is a slave-state like the rest of the western-backed “gulf states”, but this reads just like the safety-pin nonsense liberals pulled in 2016. A “silent message” is much akin to no message at all imo. Also goes without saying that Denmark isn’t a bastion of respect for human rights, either, ofc.

Interesting how all of these “messages” are being sent two months before the tournament when it’s too late to do anything, and not the what 8-9 years ago that this world cup was announced
