If Russia must lose territory I hope they can at least evacuate the people. I can’t say how valuable the land actually is anymore.
On one of the videos from New Atlas, the bald white guy, he talked about how Russia had given an advance notice of some weeks when they decided to retreat from territories just recently.
EDIT: His name is Brian Berletic, slipped my mind for a bit
did he say why they were retreating?
He does, however, describe it as a tactical retreat as opposed to the supposed defeat of Russia.
