Has there ever been a more based country?
The Cuban people never fail to show how developed of a culture they have. Imperialists could never 🤮.

We are basically back to late 1941 politics and borders again, with the Axis and West united this time but also a more capable and independent global south.

I don’t know as much about Italy, what has been changing there recently?
There’s a new election on September 25 and a far right coalition (not dissimilar from Bolsonaro, Trump and the neoliberal right) is leading the polls.
The next prime minister is going to be Giorgia Meloni, of the Fratelli d’Italia (FdI) the party descends through various neo-Fascist parties to the actual OG fascists from ww2 and Meloni has exactly the sort of politics you’d expect of someone from that background. In the 90s she was openly praising Mussolini. Nowadays she tries to downplay that and insists that there are no ‘nostalgic’ types in FdI, but they still even use fascist symbology openly - their symbol is the ‘tricolour flame’ that has been the emblem of neo-fascists for decades. She’s also rabidly homophobic and transphobic.
Some have expressed a distaste for her becoming PM… because she’s a woman. Lol
