I know that a lot of people buy certified ones but I am also concerned of buying food or any other thing without the certification just by checking ingredients (mostly food which is easier).

However, in at least 2 cases I have committed some error and finished consuming a non-vegan thing.

some one said my soy shake contains calcium from bone meal. It is cheap and tastes good and removes confusion when consuming protein, so I’m going to keep consuming it for a long while. There are lists online, on vegan sites, of common confusing ingredients. I got tired of worrying about it, though. Many of the products carrying the various vegan (bunny) logos are extremely expensive, so that is not a good option for many of us.
