It’s about the practice of the blackshirts to forcefeed political prisoners castor oil as a form of torture. It’s a laxative even in small amounts and forcing an entire bottle of stuff down someone’s throat would lead to rather unpleasant effects. For good measure they would sometimes add gasoline to the mixture. Some victims possibly died as a result but it’s more likely they died from the petrol or the beatings that would be administered at the same time.
