Wow, actually a pretty good quote. Nice. Not that familiar with Rosa Luxemburg.

Rosa was a Marxist philosopher and party leader, who was murdered by Social Democrats after trying to lead a socialist revolution in Germany in 1919.

Others could explain her a lot better than I can, but her writing was one of the deciding factors that took me from being an Anarchist, to opening up to Marxist literature.

She has the quote “Most of those bourgeois women who act like lionesses in the struggle against “male prerogatives” would trot like docile lambs in the camp of conservative and clerical reaction if they had suffrage.” dabbing on bourgeois-liberal performative wokeness.

It’s been a few years since I’ve sat down and read her work, so forgive me if this is the wrong one, but this is a very important read for new leftists; https://www.marxists.org/archive/luxemburg/1900/reform-revolution/ It should be said though, she wrote this before the SocDem-Communist split, so she uses the term “Social-Democrat” a lot for her ideology camp, where today we’d specifically say “Communist”.

(I realize, like a day later, that I accidentally crossed Emma Goldman and Rosa Luxemburg together. Goldman was the writer that helped me go from Anarchist to Marxist, not Rosa. Though Rosa’s pretty frickin cool too)

Should copy paste the excerpt about the white moderate from MLK’s letter from Birmingham jail.

I literally smiled when I saw this comment. Like, holy shit, it’s so stereotypical of liberals at this point.

“steady progressive change” in a country that thrives from the oppression of minorities, and facades oppression by electing women of colour to lead genocidal campaigns.

The only “change” is the death toll.
