im hoping that the 10 year project of the 3R.NETS (new phase to socialist trasition) becomes extremely benefitial to the population. Otherwise, the oposition, which is very disliked, might gain more influence
I wouldn’t count on Russia. The oligarchy here still knows some Marxist theory and so understands what they stand to lose. They might adopt some Soviet aesthetics, to placate the population. But proper socialist? Don’t really see it.
And how quickly do you think they’ll get defanged if push comes to shove? Look at what’s been happening with governors elected from CPRF. The local (and often not very local) capital is putting up a fight.
A Space for the British Far-Left Communists of all stripes welcome. Liberals and Fascists get the gulag. Memes and Shitposts are encouraged. Serious discussions, literary critiques and relevant articles; even more so.
Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Syria.
So what will Venezuela do to transition to socialism? Also are there any good resources on what they have done so far?

So are they gonna pull off the infamous reform? Dun dun duh.
Does this even count as reform or is it only in bourgeois countries where democracy had succumbed to it’s deathbed?
VZ, Bolivia, and Russia have the highest chance IMO.

The CPRF is the strongest and most popular communist party operating in any bourgeois nation.

Its not super viable politically IMO, given the massive support for the USSR that much of the population has.
Hopefully Sudan.
How’s the situation with socialist groups over there?
The Communist Party seems pretty active and influential.
