Hmm so “the tarnished” seems to be this game’s equivalent to the undead/the bearer of the curse/the ashen one from previous Dark Souls games. Honestly, it really does just look exactly like another Dark Souls game. I’m not complaining either, but I did expect something different. Bloodborne and Sekiro were great departures from the Dark Souls aesthetic that still retained its great combat system + some, so it would be good to see From branch out a bit. Although, to be fair, we’re still in the dark about this game so I should hold my judgement.

Not complaining but aesthetically it looks very similar to Dark Soul III.
