There are obvious doubts that Russian missile strike is at fault. First, no one reported missile attack and there is no video of a missile strike. Second, the citizens ignore the explosions which implies that the explosions are not dangerous. Third, the claim that the two explosions are large scale is inconsistent with the number of causalties. Fourth, the Russians are not your typical cartoon villain so they will not stage the attacks unlike the Azov Nazi who freely stage terrorist attack against Ukraine citizens under the protection of pro-NATO fake news and the current Kyiv government.
