The Biden administration invited 40 world leaders to a virtual Leaders Summit on Climate Change April 22-23, 2021. The goal was to keep the rise in global temperature to a less than a 1.5 degree centigrade increase from where it was in the pre-industrial era. Biden committed the U.S.

Well, I do find the article informative, though I’m not sure what to think of AMLO. For the time being, he’s more of a buffer against other far-right forces in Mexico and he’s the closest thing to a good head of state (as far as capitalist countries in Latin America go, anyways). I know that he’s done some stuff in the past that weren’t always good, but I’m afraid of what would happen when or if he’s gone any time soon.

And let’s not forget that much of the Mexican bourgeoisie want to do a putsch against AMLO. Well, let’s hope that they don’t succeed in any coup d’etat at all. At least, I certainly hope it doesn’t come to that.
