The level of incompetence (and the harboring of) the PGMOL is just laughably criminal at this point. There’s absolutely no accountability (very English btw), empty apologies, and just sheer fuck ups like normal. Like what do you mean you thought they called it a goal on the pitch, were you not watching or were you too busy wanking???
Genuinely makes you think that the PGMOL is full-on corrupt. At three points in the match yesterday I said the words “match fixing” under my breath in disbelief. Why in the fuck are there so many limitations on VAR? There is the easy answer of “because refs are Godlike beings who are never wrong”, but I think the answer “because someone somewhere needed a way to throw matches in a certain direction without any public blowback” is looking tastier by the day.
