      She was one of America’s greatest assholes, but I don’t think she had any relation to RAND corporation, which was named as a contraction of Research and Development.

    Here is one of the authors of the report discussing it. At 5 minutes he talks about “lethal aid” to Ukraine as an excellent “cost imposition strategy” against Russia.

    The whole thing is like watching Reagan rise from the grave.

      “Lethal aid”. What a lovely euphemism. It’s not arms dealing, no siree Bob, It is “lethal aid” for a wholesome democracy in peril!
