    Call me weird, but I actually want something that goes in the opposite way: I’m very lactose intolerant, and as a result, I’m extremely put off by things that even smell or taste like dairy due to what I’m assuming is some kind of Pavlovian conditioning. I really want something that tastes nothing like cheese, but has similar texture and melting point so I can substitute it for cheese in recipes.
