numuves does some great videos showing what the real situation is like in China on the street, among ordinary people, unlike what imperialist tries to sell us. His entire Xinjiang series is worth watching.
Yeah, they’re great. There’s just one problem. People will believe what they want to believe. Most of the stuff you see online from the west is bad faith. I honestly don’t know what the solution is. Even if somehow everybody watching such videos are watching in good faith, I doubt the various platforms like youtube would allow them to spread widely.
I love his channel. His high effort videos, like the one on the tech war, are incredible.
