They are really hard to click, and I’m always afraid I will misclick (I hope there is a confirmation for mod actions?).

Ya that’s fair. I’d rather not style the buttons special for mobile unless absolutely necessary.
Unfortunately no I don’t have are you sure dialogs yet for mod actions. But I think they’re only necessary for the ones that aren’t easily reversable, like transferring a community, etc. Like if you misclick save or remove you can immediately click unsave / restore.
I’ll add this as a ticket.
