They’re casting as wide a net as possible in regards to users forfeiting their rights to their biomimetic information to make it impossible for users to win future lawsuits.
So now they’re covered if someone tries to sue after their cheating is exposed, or their sexual preferences, or their genetic disability, etc.
Aren’t they already violating biometric privacy laws by unnecessary permissions? At least GDPR says company should not ask for things that are unnecessary for providing service.
