You can donate to us through Patreon or Liberapay. We are open to suggestion in both hosting and payment platforms.

    I finally made a patreon account and started pledging to Prolewiki as I said I would contribute ~30€ to the new server costs.

    Since it starts billing me in March it should come out to 10 months of support so a total of 40€ in December. Cheers. With the cut Patreon takes I guess you’ll make a bit less than that though.

    Edit: I’d like to be reminded how much the hosting costs especially as you said that hostgator would charge more starting next year, and if we finally found a cheaper host. I kinda lost track on that issue lol, but I’m sure potential supporters would also like to. Also we should create a post on Patreon (publicly accessible if possible and not just for backers) with a link to the site and maybe some selected articles, the ones we’re most proud of. To give people an idea what we do.

      If you are averse to Patreon taking a cut you can use Liberapay. They take 0% cut and the only cost on top of your donation is the processing fee from Stripe.

      According to that last e-mail I received and addressed in the Telegram group, it will now cost us R$1.319,88, provided we still choose to host ProleWiki in HostGator.
