    Elmo seriously sent that to everyone in the company? When that information was maybe relevant to a handful of people?

      That information is relevant to zero people because it’s impossible to make anything out of bent sheet metal with a .0004" tolerance. He may as well have asked for a working car made out of cheese.

      This is more of a vibes thing than an actual instruction I’d imagine. Setting the “culture” of the workplace is what executives are supposed to do, but you are supposed to do it in a way that doesn’t get laughed at and ignored. Or worse, if actually followed.
