Speaking as someone who has a layman’s understanding of anarchism and satanism, I was curious if anyone could offer greater insight on compatibility between the two. I’m pretty sure satanism opposes hierarchy, but it seems to be more from a perspective of wanting to oppose traditional morality systems in favor of doing whatever you want (i.e. “do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.”) It also favors individualism, and LaVey seems to have been into social Darwinism, which is obviously a big difference. That would be a pretty big divide with anything that isn’t disingenuous BS like “anarcho”-capitalism.
