Transgender people in Imperial America are suffering record rates of murder, and all that capitalists can do is offer a minimum wage job and a rainbow bag of rainbow potato chips. That isn’t some professional dissident’s conjecture; that is a matter of public record. Coming out of an empire that backs openly heterosexist and cissexist régimes like, say, Saudi Arabia, that shouldn’t be too surprising either.

So what is essentially “Westernizing” (really just “Americanizing”) other queer or non-binary or LGBTQ communities is not going to do anyone any favors.
