My phone (14 pro) got shut in a car door by one of my kids, the front and back are smashed and it’s slightly bent.

Can I get a replacement on Apple care +? Tried to read the T&C’s but couldn’t get much of an answer. Phone is still fully operational.

Most likely, it’s for accidents. Just doesn’t cover lost or stolen unless you pay for the higher plan

$99 plus tax for an accidental damage incident if you’re in the US, incident prices vary by region. Unlimited incidents of accidental damage. You can set up a repair on the support.apple.com site on your own or a technical advisor can set one up for you.

Looking at the AppleCare site, it’s either $99 or $149USD depending on whether they consider it other accidental damage or as a loss.

I would have sworn it was $200 but that might have changed since the last time I checked.

I also remember some stories of Apple not covering cosmetic damaged like scratches though. With the phone being bent, that may not matter but if you’re worried about it, try bouncing it off concrete a few times to really break it. After backing the phone up of course.
