While searching for a certain product online that is used within spiritual circles, I heard so much about those scary counterfeit products sold on Aliexpress. Westerners were completely outraged because the cards were on a different cardstock, and because they apparently were not being sold by the creator. This obviously reflects indoctrination to capitalism where everything must make money. Ideas cannot be captured and sold like tangible objects, and attempting it blocks the free flow of ideas and information. It shows that capitalism has been deeply ingrained into the minds of these people.

It is very funny to hear people complain about supernatural divination tools being morally wrong due to capitalism, especially when these things would be persecuted or even illegal in some societies. Some even want to go as far as reporting the stores that sell things that are not copyrighted which would hurt people in the third world who cannot get original copyrighted material and who have learned to make the knockoffs work for that reason.

Another idea that we keep seeing in regards to ingrained capitalism is the demonization of China and other countries that have a different worldview, regardless of the actual factors and successes of those societies. For example, look at China. There are some things we can disagree with but the western governments have collaborated with each other to promote a narrative of Uighur genocide, and people from China who want to live in the west have come forward to provide stories to serve this narrative in exchange for refugee status in another country. Even the CIA has concluded that there is no evidence for Uighur genocide and that it’s a media plot to demonize China for being more successful than America. The westerner truly cannot handle being beaten by people of a different race!
