Where territorial demand for sovereign countries is discussed openly like it is completely normal. Thankfully today’s China has way greater industrial capacity than USSR.

    This is the next phase for an empire declining in it’s rate of profit. The only way for continued growth for the existing model is an economy of conquest, which is why they’re committing to spending 1.5 trillion dollars on the military. It’s only going to worsen.

    world war 1 was also primarily driven by the massive expansion of the military-industrial complex and several petty wars before that.

      It begun with the war I Ukraine imo.
      The US is currently preparing for the worst in case the current proxy war doesn’t resolve peacefully

    America today reminds me more of America from the late 19 century around the time of the Spanish-American War than the Third Reich. Third Reich was even heavily inspired by that period of American history
