If we wanted to have Socialism with American Characteristics, I’d argue it would mainly involve A concerted effort to decolonize the US.
Something along the lines of.
Redistributing land back to the Native People’s.
Reparations for Black Americans through the acquisition of assets which extracted super profits with black labor.
The recognition of all undocumented people and acquisition of assets which extracts super profits from them.
The complete restructing/dismantling of the US military apparatus which maintains global capitlist hedgomony.
Those are the first thing that come to mind, but I doubt the ACP chuds would agree with any of these points besides maybe the last to a certain extent. Frankly I’m kinda sick of people, especially “leftists” treating decolonization of the US as if it’s an issue impossible to address. It will take a concerted effort but I do believe that it’s possible to begin reversing the colonial nature of the US. Not instantly obviously, but still in a relatively rapid manner if there’s a genuine revolutionary project behind it.
