Guerrilla Warfare by Lenin, On Guerrilla Warfare by Mao, the one by el Che which was already mentioned, and I would also recommend reading On War by Sun Tsu since it greatly inspired concepts that were later merged during the revolution and the war against the Japanese in China. If you really want to get into it I would also recommend reading Carl von Clausewitz’s On War, but keep in mind it’s a 1000 pages book that deals with a lot of other stuff too.
I’ve also made this post some time ago about Mao’s concept of Protracted War which is very related to Guerrilla Warfare.
