I came across them the same way you did, on TikTok, and I believe I follow someone who is a member but I haven’t gotten much info from their videos. Are they affiliated with the RCP, that’s another acronym I’ve seen thrown around and they seem to be international…
I think RCP is the Avakian cult, isn’t that just a US thing? But they’re different from RCA.
