They had to fly his huge dumper to the army hospital and pump him full of experimental drugs (at the time <one year deep into covid-19). If he wasn’t the president of the US, just some 75 year old in the Ozark mountains or something, he probably would’ve gone way too far along and died at home in bed drowned in his own mucus or just barely made it to an ER only to die within hours of having a tube shoved down his throat.
