    It’s true that running is a high impact activity and can lead to injuries in the long term, especially if you have improper technique or bad knees - and sometimes you don’t know you had bad knees until you start running. Tbh I support safety implements in sports, even if they look silly. My problem with this one is the price, and the overall question: does it work? There is no data yet, and right after safety I also need to know if this allows me to work out properly if I go running.

    Concept2 rowers are slightly less expensive (around 1.2k new) and rowing is an activity that works more of your muscles in a low impact environment. But of course people are free to choose their sport and may not like being stationary on a rower, for example.
