If the participants are grown‐ups and they agree to it, knowing the risks involved, then that’s their business.

‘Incest’ is a broad term, but it’s highly unlikely that the committee recommended this with the intention of decriminalizing instances of child abuse.

Let’s just say that the Greens are notorious in Germany for some of their members having expressed some very disturbing views on age of consent laws. It wouldn’t surprise me if this proposal was also their doing and had ulterior motives…

There are some fucked up people in the Green party and i can’t prove it but i suspect there is a reason why the CIA has had such an easy time turning so many of them into assets, much more than they have been able with the other political parties.

This just doesn’t sit right with me and i also don’t see any good reason why any political group would pick this particular hill of all places to die on. They have to know that this won’t go over well with the vast majority of people. What is the point?

You suggest they have pedos in management?

why any political group would pick this particular hill of all places to die on.

That’s pretty much normal for libertarians, while they usually do more or less shut up about that when they manage to form some political organisation, for some reason the broad mass of them feel strange compulsion to explicitly mention things like lowering the age of consent or legalising incest, even though they don’t really have to specifically mention it because libertarian social projects already have such things implicit in their state and law reduction.

What i would like to know here, is that have chance to pass on in law or it is just some fringe project that will be quietly scrapped?

              Probably and hopefully the latter.
