What’s your favorite legume / peanut / nut variety, and why?
Probably pistachio. I know, kinda a basic opinion.
Great choice tho, food always tastes better when you have to work for it a little.
Pistachio also goes well with a lot of good food that you eat with utensils, especially Thai food.
