    Two potential thoughts here.

    1. “Oh I’m sure it’s the “economic worries” that is driving this and have nothing to do with his blatant support of an ongoing genocide.”

    2. "Now that I think about it though, I would not be surprised if the genocide had nothing to do with it and many Americans simply do not give a shit till it impacts their wallet. "

      I imagine each point is a factor for different demographics. People who have financial problems are worried about how they’re gonna make ends meet, while people who are better off are increasingly becoming uncomfortable that their party is openly supporting a genocide.
