    But what’s the point of lying to British millionaires? Are they supposed to decipher some code? I’ve tried reading the Economist but it just seems like blatant liberal propaganda.

      They’re not lying to British millionaires. They’re lying to us on behalf of British millionaires. That’s what he meant when he says “speaks for”.

      Another sign of the decline of bourgeois systems. There was a time when they wouldn’t lie so blatantly to themselves. To the rest of the public in the big papers yes, but in their own business publications that are mainly read by capitalists no. Now they’ve started drinking their own koolaid and the consequences are showing. They have no idea what they are doing, none of their plans are working, they’ve lost the plot and their economies are spiraling out of control.
